Stop / Start Reminders

If a Patient requests that no more reminders are sent to them, you can stop them by going to the patients record and clicking on Update.

Then click on Other Actions and select the Stop / Start Reminders option.

This opens a sub menu with 4 options...

Stop/Start All Reminders (ALL reminders will be stopped)

Stop/Start Sight Test Reminders (Contact Lens reminders will continue to be sent)

Stop/Start Contact Lens Reminders (Sight Test Reminders will continue to be sent)

Stop/Start Additional Reminders (ST and CL Reminders will continue to be sent - learn more about Additional Recalls here)

Once one of these options has been selected, you will be prompted to confirm that you want to stop/start the reminders. Click Yes to confirm and the Px Dashboard will be updated. This can easily be undone by repeating the process.

Press Save.
