 How Do I Log a Phone Call?

To log that you have contacted a patient by telephone, click to Message on the patient record and click Phone Call. The box below will be shown.





Enter the details and, if required, tick the telephone number called. This message will then be logged under the Correspondence tab of the Patient Record. If a phone number has been ticked (not mandatory), it will show up on the message.
