 How Do I Top Up My SMS Account?

To check your balance, click to Setup - Branch - Communication. Your 24x User and 24x Password are here. You can press Check Account to confirm your current credits (you get 10 complimentary credits when you set up an account).

Your SMS account is provided by a partner, 24x. To top up your account, click on the link below, or you can visit our utilities website, www.optinetuk.net and click on 24x SMS.


You will need to log in with the account details you set up with: Your Username is most probably OPT and 5 numbers, (e.g. OPT12345) and your Password is (originally) set as 5 numbers which were sent to you by text.
