 How Do I Use Docmail?

Please click here for more information on using Docmail in Flex, as well as instructions on how to register for an account for use within Flex.

Once you have registered, you can add your Docmail account details into Flex via the Branch setup screen, in the box pictured below. You can also check 'Docmail' in the Default Mailing House box.

To then send your recalls via Docmail, head to the recall widget. Once there, change the Letter Format to Docmail along the top bar. You can also see your Docmail balance here, as well as what the recall set to currently be sent will cost.

To export data to other third parties, you can either use the "Export to CSV" option in Data Mining (this option may need to be turned on in the Staff setup - see How Do I Manage what Staff can see and do?).

If you wish to export your recalls, make sure the drop-down is on "Export" in the Timeline window. For more details about running recalls, see How Do I Do Recalls? Note that in the PC Settings, you can choose the destination for the exported data file(s).
