Before we look at what the specific tabs do in the Branch setup, lets have a look at the top buttons.
New Branch - You should not generally need to use this tab. Please contact us for more information.
Update Branch - Click this button to update the details you see in the bottom half of the screen. Start the process here
Test Email - Sends a test email to the address specified in the Email box shown below.
Test SMS - Brings up a box where a mobile phone number can be entered to test the SMS facility. This will cost one credit - there is a free to use "Check Account" button under the Communication tab.
SpeedMail Balance - If you use WebPost to send out your postal reminders, the balance will be shown here.
