How Do I Create Staff Groups?
Staff Groups can be created so that tasks can be assigned to multiple staff members at one time. For example, you may want to assign a task to all the receptionists at the practice. This can be done in the Groups section of the Staff/Roles setup.
First, you can create a group in the Staff Groups box by clicking on the next empty line twice and then typing in the name of the group. Then, drag the required staff members from the Staff box to the Group Members box.
Once you have created a Staff Group, it will be available to use when creating Staff Tasks.
