When an item is sold on the Till or Dispensed, the discount will automatically be applied. On the example receipt below, the Solutions button was pressed:

Note that the Loyalty plan a patient is on is also shown just below their owing balance and reference number.

The Discounts report under Business Intelligence - General Reports will detail all Discounts through the Till (manual over-rides) and Loyalty (auto-applied) grouped together.
