 How Do I Set Up Loyalty?

Click to Menu - Setup - Till - Loyalty Plans. The picture below shows what you will see:



In the top table, create the names of your Loyalty Plans, for example "Gold Plan", "Friends and Family", "TownCard Plus"

In the bottom table, set up the discount to be applied at the Till / Dispense. In the example above:
  • Frames up to and including £200.00 get a discount of 20%.
  • Frames up to and including £400.00 get a discount of 10%. (Note - this 10% is for the full amount - it is not banded)
  • Solutions up to and including £50.00 get a discount of 10%.
  • Sundries up to and including £50.00 get a discount of 10%.
